DomusAI is a property management platform built for UK letting agencies and landlords. We automate the parts of managing a rental portfolio that are repetitive but consequential — compliance deadlines, rent collection, document filing, and maintenance coordination — so property managers can spend less time chasing paperwork and more time on the parts of the job that actually need a person.
Under the hood, DomusAI reads and files the documents you upload, tracks the statutory deadlines that come with letting a property (gas safety, EICR, EPC, deposit protection, Right to Rent, and more), and connects to the payment and banking infrastructure needed to collect rent and pay contractors automatically. Everyone involved in a tenancy — landlords, tenants, letting agency staff, and contractors — gets a portal scoped to what they need to see.
We're a small team building this in the open as we go, which means some parts of the product are more mature than others. Where something is informational rather than professional advice (market rent estimates, valuation data, and similar), we say so clearly rather than let it look more authoritative than it is.
