DomusAI is a property management platform that automates compliance tracking, rent collection, document processing, and maintenance coordination for UK letting agencies and landlords. Market rent estimates, valuation figures, and similar analytics are provided for information only — they are not advice and are not a substitute for a qualified, FCA-regulated mortgage broker, financial adviser, or letting professional.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you and your organisation's users submit, including property details, tenancy terms, and compliance records. Directors and beneficial owners of an organisation must complete identity verification before the organisation can transact, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your subscription fee is made up of three components — the core software subscription, maintenance automation, and rent collection automation — and is calculated based on the number of lettable units and active tenancies your organisation manages. Your calculated price is shown to you during sign-up before you commit. Subscription fees are billed via Direct Debit through GoCardless. Where DomusAI facilitates a payment — for example, a landlord paying a contractor for completed maintenance work — this is processed via Stripe on a pass-through basis. DomusAI does not hold client funds at any point; funds move directly between the paying and receiving party's accounts via our payment processor.
You agree not to use DomusAI to submit false compliance records, misuse contractor or tenant data outside the purpose it was shared for, or attempt to circumvent the platform's access controls between organisations.
DomusAI relies on third-party providers to deliver parts of the service, including Stripe and GoCardless (payments), TrueLayer (bank connections), Veriff (identity and Right to Rent verification), DocuSeal (e-signature), and Supabase (hosting). Availability of these features depends on those providers functioning correctly.
DomusAI helps track legal deadlines (deposit protection, Right to Rent, gas and electrical safety, and similar) but using the platform does not itself guarantee legal compliance — you remain responsible for meeting your obligations as a landlord or letting agent. Where DomusAI cannot yet connect directly to a third-party scheme or register (for example, a deposit protection scheme), any related reminder is informational only and does not constitute registration or protection with that scheme.

Either party may end the relationship in line with the offboarding process described at sign-up. On termination, we'll retain your data only as long as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
